Gretchen Angela Huff Manus

Gretchen Huff Manus, 52, of Gastonia, passed away December 27, 2018 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.
She was born October 27, 1966 in Buncombe County the daughter of Walt Huff and Jan Ray Huff of Asheville.
Gretchen was a member of Flint Groves Baptist Church in Gastonia. She was employed with Peak Resources as a Speech Pathologist. She enjoyed trips to the beach and mountains. She loved to go camping with her family. She was very supportive of her daughter's involvement in gymnastics.
Left to cherish her memories along with her parents, are her loving husband of 15 years, Johnny Manus; son, Jonathan Manus and wife Leslie of Dallas; daughter, Alyssa Manus of the home; aunt, Betty Huff of Fletcher; and grandchild, Deannie Manus.
A memorial service will be held 3 pm Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Flint Grove Baptist Church, 2017 E. Ozark Avenue, officiated by the Rev. Ronnie Bowers.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Burial will be private.
