Greg Wideman, 54, of Bessemer City, passed away August 25, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.
He was born August 2, 1963, in Cleveland County, the son of the late Moses Lee Wideman and Creoler Little Wideman.
Greg was a great father, brother and uncle. He loved fishing, hunting and gardening. He was an all-around great person and will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish his memories are his son, Ra-sheem Malik Wideman; daughter, Ja-Quisha Wa-Asia Frazier; brothers, Calvin Wideman, John Wideman and wife, Monica; sisters, Juanita Edwards and husband Raymond and Vanessa Allen.
A celebration of life service will be held 2 pm Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Greene Funeral Service – West Chapel – 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
