Gracie Jene Brigman, 73, of Gastonia, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017, at Brian Center.
She was born March 26, 1944, in McColl, SC, daughter of the late John and Grace Strickland Brigman.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Tammy Elizabeth Cobb of Cherryville, and Julie Blalock and husband Bobby of Gastonia; grandchildren, Robert Blalock IV, Ryan Blalock, and Douglas Cobb; sister, Irene Wodell and husband Fred; brothers, J.C. Brigman, and Charles Brigman and wife Judy.
A graveside service, officiated by Dr. Pastor Kent Cranford of Loray Baptist Church, will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, at Cherryville City Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to National Kidney Foundation, 4819 Park Rd., Charlotte, NC 28209 or The Salvation Army, 107 S. Broad St., Gastonia, NC 28052.
Interment will be in Cherryville City Cemetery.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
