Goldie Verie Owensby,83, of Kings Mountain passed away July 17, 2018 at her home.
She was born January 25, 1935, in Cherokee County, SC, daughter of the late Coy Eugene Black and Sallie Moore Black.
A funeral service will be held 3:00 pm Thursday, July 19, 2018, at Love Valley Baptist Church 2032 Bethlehem Rd. Kings Mountain.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment will be at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Blacksburg, SC.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
