Glenn Dale Pence

Glenn Dale Pence, 65, of Gastonia of Gastonia passed away December 14, 2013 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. He was born May 6, 1948 in Pennsylvania, son of the late Charles and Hazel Dean Pence. A memorial service will held 4:00 pm Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia. The family will receive friends after the service. Interment will be private. Mr. Pence is survived by: his companion of 14 years of the home, Ruth Jenkins; sons, Dave Pence of Ohio, Dale Pence and wife Crystal of Gastonia; brothers, Larry Pence of PA, Harry Pence of TX; sisters, Helen McMackin of NY, Delores Darr of PA; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by: his wife, Betty Pence and one sister. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, P. O.
