Geraldine Nations

Geraldine "Jeri" Nations, 88, of Gastonia, NC, passed away, Thursday, December 24, 2020, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.

A Gaston County native, she was born December 5, 1932, daughter of the late Calvin Ralph Moody and Lessie Mae Franklin Stewart.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Nations; son, Jeffrey Robert Nations; brothers, Wayne and Charles Moody; and brother-in-law, Hubert Nations.

Jeri is survived by her son, Gary Nations (Catherine); daughter, Ginger Monk; sister, Jackie Bazzle; sister-in-law, Maxine Nations; grandchildren, Kelley McSwain (Dennis), Angela Monk, and Chris Haney (Rebecca); step-grandchildren, Lester Monk and David Monk (Michelle); several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Due to COVID-19, a celebration of life will be announced at a future date.
