Clover, SC Geraldine Marie Brooks, 76, passed away April 2, 2013, at Piedmont Medical Ctr., Rock Hill. She was born July 14, 1936 in Gaston County, daughter of the late Frank and Thelma Tweed Brooks. A funeral service will be held 2 pm on Friday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Jacob Deaton. The family will receive friends 1-2 pm on Friday prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
