Georgia Stewart

Georgia Stewart, 66, of Belmont, NC, passed away Saturday, April 2, 2022, at her residence.

She was born September 28, 1955, a native of Gaston Co, NC, daughter of the late James and Vera Mae Harris Stewart.

Georgia loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She also loved sweets, game shows, and soap operas, especially "Days of Our Lives".

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger White; sisters, Vera Katherine Stewart, and Rebecca Elaine Stewart; and son, Jeffrey Dale White, Sr.

Georgia is survived by her sons, Anthony James Stewart and wife, Angela, and Stephen Dwayne White and wife, Katie; daughters, Crystal White, Kayla White, and Helen White; brother, James Jackson and wife, Tammy; sisters, Claudette Reap, and Lynn Nolan and husband, David; 17 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Robert Beavers, will be held 3pm on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Emmanuel Holiness – 2350 Lawrence Rd., Clover, SC 29710.

Family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service at the church.

Burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery, York, SC.
