George Patrick O'Neal, 75 of Gastonia, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born September 26, 1943, in Gaston County, son of the late Albert Augusta O'Neal and Margaret Lanier O'Neal.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Dorothy O'Neal; sons, Ricky O'Neal and wife, Tracy, Bobby O'Neal; daughter, Michelle O'Neal; brothers, Larry O'Neal, David O'Neal; sisters, Maryann O'Neal, Faye Stiles, and Nancy Robinson; 7 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Interment will be held at Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Gastonia.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
