George L. Mckee Jr.

George Leroy McKee Jr., 51, of Belmont, passed away October 26, 2018 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. He was born August 28, 1967 in Mecklenburg County and was the son of Maggie Brown McKee and the late George McKee Sr. A celebration of life gathering will be held from 6-8 pm Tuesday at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service 1503 S York Rd. Gastonia. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 21 years, Ramona McKee; sons, George McKee and Michael Stegall; daughters, Ashley McKee and Heather Montgomery; sisters, Kathy Nolan, Peggy Archer (Frank) and Kelly McKee; grandchildren, Cam, Kylee and Levi; nephews, Allen, Greg, Jesse, Shannon, Matthew and Trenton. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his nephews, Jason Nolan and Chuck Nolan.
