Gaynelle Woody

Gaynelle Christenbury Woody, 69, of Gastonia, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

A native of Gaston County, Gaynelle was born on May 10, 1952, to the late Ebbie and Zittie Lois Robinson Christenbury.

In addition to her parents, Gaynelle is preceded in death by her brothers, Bob Christenbury, Bill Christenbury, Jimmy Christenbury and Jounior Christenbury, and sisters, Helen Ramsey, Virginia Mosley, and Nancy Worthey.

Left to cherish Gaynelle's memories are her brother, Charles Christenbury; and sisters, Patricia Howell, Judy Craine, and Madge Ballew.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Gaston Memorial Park.
