Galdino Hernandez Quiros

Galdino Hernandez Quiros, 57, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

He was born on March 2, 1967, in Mexico, to the late Galdino Hernandez Morales and Fausta Quiroz Ramirez.

Galdino was a member of Iglesia Pentecostal Unidad in Gastonia. Galdino was a humble man. He loved to help others. He served as a chaplain. He loved to cook. He never gave up, even with many health issues. He was a jokester. He always tried to follow God's word.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Margarita and Josefa Hernandez Quiroz; brothers, Alfredo and Lucas Hernandez Quiroz.

Galdino is survived by his sons, Carlos Hernandez Aguilar, Jonathan Abel Hernandez Duran; daughters, Dayanara Hernandez Aguilar, Areli Constanza Hernandez Duran; brothers, Pedro, Anastacio, Jonas, Saul, Juan-Jose, Fausto Hernandez Quiroz; four grandchildren.

A funeral service officiated by Minister Adan Salazar Hernandez will be held Sunday, March 17, 2024, 12:30 PM, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 12:30 at the funeral home prior to the service.

Burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.
