Gaile Blanton Cannon

Gastonia, NC Gaile Blanton Cannon, 75, passed away October 10, 2013, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. She was born August 26, 1938 in Blacksburg, SC, daughter of the late Broadus and Norma Elliot Blanton. A funeral service will be held 2 pm on Monday at West Cramerton Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Jon Hall and Rev. Mike Ivey. The family will receive friends 3-5 pm on Sunday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, Gastonia. The entombment will be held at Gaston Memorial Park Mausoleum, Gastonia, following the service. She is survived by: her husband, Kenneth Cannon; son, Christopher Baucom and his wife, Wanda of Gastonia; daughter, Tracie Rice and her husband, Chris of Gastonia; grandchildren, Chip Baucom, Amanda Rice, Rebecca Rice.
