Frankie B. Jenkins

Frankie B. Jenkins, 72, of Gastonia, passed away June 9, 2014 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. She was born in Lowell, January 14, 1942, daughter of the late, Ponder and Jewell Baker. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC, officiated by Rev. Carol Flack. Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park. Frankie is survived by her husband, David "Butch" Jenkins; sons, Tony Layel, David and Jerry Jenkins; seven grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two sisters. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
