Frances Scott

Frances Scott, 94, of Gastonia, passed away January 11, 2015 at Brian Center. She was born June 21, 1920 in York County, SC, the daughter of the late Reid and Theodocia Warren. Frances is survived by her sons, Terry Scott (Myra), Randy Scott (Rita); grandchildren, Derrick Scott (Michelle), Robin Fretwell (Mark), Brandi Jenkins (Tommy) and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred J. Scott. A service of remembrance will be held 2:30 pm Thursday at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Larry Bradley. Visitation will be 1:30 - 2:15 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Gaston Memorial Park. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
