Frances Emma Miller

Frances E. Miller, 92, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Robin Johnson House, Dallas.

She was born April 18, 1932, in Wesson, MS, daughter of the late Frank Epting and Dredie Epting.

Frances currently attended Riverside House of Prayer, Belmont. She loved her cats and her church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert G. "Bill" Miller; second husband, James A. Miller; daughter, Robin R. Miller; and step-daughter, Patsy Brookes.

Frances is survived by her sons, Richard Miller, and Robert Miller; grandchildren, Kelly Brookes, Meredith Brookes, Jessica Miller, Brandon Miller, Bethany Martin, and Cameron Martin; step-grandson, Joshua Ogle; and great-grandchildren, Jasimine Pressley, Lilyana Pressley, Lucas Hallman, and Macie Martin.

A celebration of life service will be held 11:00 am, Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow the service at Laurel Springs Baptist Church Cemetery - 11922 NC Highway 18 S, Laurel Springs, NC 28644.
