Fannie Lou Hudson

Fannie Lou Hudson,91, of Gastonia, passed away on December 2, 2020, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born March 3, 1929, in McMinn County, Athens,Tennessee, daughter of the late Will Runion and Cynthia Hester Nipper.

Fannie was a member of Bright Light Baptist Church in Bessemer City, where she played the guitar, sang, and was always giving out candy to everyone.

She loved the Lord and enjoyed telling everyone about him.

She will be greatly missed by all her knew and loved her.

A graveside service will be held 11:30 Monday, December 7, 2020, at Gaston Memorial Park, 1200 South New Hope Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Ronnie Pressley

Mrs. Hudson will lie in state 10-11 am Monday, December 7, 2020, at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia.

Fannie is survived by her son, Gary Lane Burris of Gastonia; brother, Roy Runion of Englewood TN; sister, Sadie Minge of Athens, TN; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Hudson.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
