Evelyn Brown Ewing

Evelyn Brown Ewing, 81, of Clover, passed away June 15 ^th , 2022, at her residence.

She was born on March 15, 1941, in Charlotte, NC, daughter of the late Jack Young Brown, Sr. and Faye Stuckey Brown.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Michael Ewing.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Dodie Huffman of Cherryville, NC, Julie Ewing of Clover, SC and Thomas Ewing of Clover, SC; grandchildren, Jenny Myers (Damian Myers) of Clover, SC, Trey Ferrell (Emi Ferrell) of Easley, SC, Shane Ewing (Kalan Ewing) of Rye, CO; great-grandchildren, Harvey Ferrell, Eleanor Ferrell, Emerson Ewing, Aniston Ewing, Raleigh Ewing, Jasmine Knight; great-great-grandchildren, Bryson Gehring, Grayson Gehring, Coady Murner, Jr.; sisters, Jeannie Mullis, Carolyn Lemmond, Maryjane Byrum, Lucy Phillips; brother, Jack Brown, Jr.; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Evelyn was a member of Gastonia, First Assembly of God. She loved tending to her flowers, gardening and reading her bible. Her favorite place to visit was Charleston, SC. She loved to travel, and she loved listening to beach music. She was a woman of faith and loved to share Jesus with everyone. She was truly loved by her family and friends.

The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Jay Stuckey (Cousin), will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
