Euel "Ray" Lambert Jr.

Euel" Ray" Lambert Jr., 57, of Kings Mountain, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024, at his home.

Ray was a loving husband, wonderful brother, and devoted father and grandfather. His family was his world. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

A Gaston County native, he was born, April 11, 1967, son of the late Maryida Louise Carringer and Euel R. Lambert Sr.

He was a former auto mechanic with Hertz Rental Company and transmission mechanic supervisor with CRS. He was an avid deer hunter and four-wheeler rider and was a former member of Dark Hollow Creek Hunting Club.

Ray was a fan of NASCAR and dirt track racing.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 31 years, Deborah Lambert; children, Joshua Lambert, Jacob Lambert (Haylee), and Brittany Lambert (Jordan); brother, Matt Lambert (Kim); sister, Shannon Payne (Ricky); grandchildren, Taylor, Jaxon, and Ryan; numerous nieces and nephews.

A tribute to Ray's life will be held at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at the home of Shannon Payne, 516 Springs Rd., Dallas. Friends are invited to come pay their respects from 4-5 pm.
