Ethel Deloris Branch

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ethel Deloris "Dee" Branch, of Ranlo, a beloved mother, sister, and cherished friend who left this world peacefully on March 13, 2026, at the age of 77.

Dee was born on April 30, 1948, daughter of the late Paul and Ruby Bailey, and spent her life nurturing and caring for those around her. A resident of Ranlo, North Carolina, she was known for her warm spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family. In addition to her parents, Dee was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Branch; and her son, Scotty Branch.

She is survived by her devoted son, Brian Branch (Susan); her loving daughters, Paula Williams and Lisa Threlkeld (Keith); and her dear sister, Juda Phillips (Jan); and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Each of them carries forward her legacy of kindness and compassion.
Dee was a faithful member of First Assembly of God. She deeply loved her family and church family and enjoyed traveling.

The family would like to invite all who knew and loved Dee to join them in honoring her memory. A visitation will take place at Greene Funeral Service South Chapel on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Following this, a funeral service, officiated by Rev. Kelly Lowe, will be held at the same location at 1:00 pm, where friends and family will gather to share memories and celebrate her life. Dee will be laid to rest in a burial service at Gaston Memorial Park.

In this time of sorrow, let us come together to remember a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts. Dee Branch will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
