Ernest Lee Thomas

Ernest Lee Thomas, 60, of Gastonia, passed away April 17, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born November 22, 1954, in Gaston County, son of Ruby Thomas and the late Brannon Thomas. Ernest was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He enjoyed collecting many different items. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by brother, Wayne Thomas. Left to cherish his memories along with his mother are his brother, Terry Thomas of Gastonia; aunt, Barbara Wright of Gastonia; niece, Donna Thomas of Dallas; nephew, Ricky Thomas of Lancaster, SC; and best friend, Jimmy Williams. The family will receive friends 6:00-7:30pm on Monday at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 South York Rd., Gastonia, NC. Interment is private. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
