Eric E. Story

Eric E. Story, 34, passed away August 2, 2017 at Carolina's Healthcare System in Lincolnton.

He was born April 19, 1983, a native of Lincoln County, the son of Helen Landers Reinhardt of Vale.

Left to cherish his memories along with his mother are his daughter, Makayla Story of Vale; sisters, Tina Finney of Lincolnton, Barbara Hamilton and Karen Smith of Morganton; brothers Tony, Randy and Mickey Story of Lincolnton; and nieces and nephews Jason, Jonnie and Winter Story.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Raymond Milton Landers and Jo Helen Cook Landers; paternal grandparents, Alfred Charles Story Sr. and Ina Marie Newman and his brother Raymond Story.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Eric Chaney was held 11 am Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Hillcrest Gardens Mausoleum in Mt. Holly.

The family had a visitation thirty minutes prior to the service at the mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Society of Lincoln County, 2422 Country Club Rd., Lincolnton, NC 28092.

Arrangements were with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
