Emma Jane Mcarver

Ranlo, NC –

Emma Jane McArver lovingly known as Aunt Jane, 73, went home to be with the Lord, May 17, 2016.

She was born in Gaston County on January 14, 1943, the daughter of the late John and Flossie McArver.

Jane was a life-long member of Maylo United Methodist Church, where she was a Sunday School Teacher and a member of the choir.  She was also a former employee of Wallace Computer Service.

She is survived by her sister, Johnnie Mae Greene of Ranlo; nephew and wife Kenny and Pam Greene of Ranlo; and aunt and uncle Margaret and Harold Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in- law Kenneth Greene.

Visitation will be 12:00 – 1:45 pm Friday at Maylo United Methodist Church, 1900 Spencer Mountain Rd., Ranlo.

Funeral service, officiated by Pastor Jim King, will be 2:00 pm Friday at the church.

Burial will be in Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
