Emily Herring Webb

Emily Lou Herring Webb, age 55, of 502 Bond St. Cherryville, passed away June 3, 2012, at her home. She was born October 13, 1956 in Seneca SC, daughter of the late Luther H. and Ola Inez Gillespie Herring. Mrs. Webb was a loving and caring mother, who will be forever loved and missed by all her family. She was employed by Pharr Yarns for many years. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice of York County, especially Amy and Margaret and also Gaston Hospice. Services are private. She is survived by: her son, Brian Webb and wife, Michelle; daughters, Shannon Stephens and husband, Jason, Brandy Clark and husband, Andy; brother, Jerry Herring and wife, Sherry; sister, Anita Holland and husband, Dennis; grandchildren, Katlyn Brower, Tyler and Mason Webb, Cody, Christian and Payton Stephens, Noah Webb, Andrew and Sammy Clark; numerous nieces and nephews; her beloved dog, Sweet Pea. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her husband, Wayne Webb; her beloved dog, Peppy. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
