Elizabeth Diane Ledford

Elizabeth Diane Ledford, 69, of Oak Island, passed away on April 5, 2021, at Transitions LifeCare in Raleigh, NC.

She was born June 7, 1951, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Charles Rayfield and Helen Hooper Rayfield.

Diane was a member of Bolivia Baptist Church in Bolivia, NC.

A graveside service will be held 12:30pm Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Westview Gardens, 1123 Edgewood Rd., Bessemer City, officiated by Rev. Andy Raines.

The family will receive friends 11am – 12pm Thursday, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia.

The family requests for everyone to  practice social distancing and to  please wear a mask.

Diane is survived by her husband, Michael Ledford; her son, Philip Ledford and wife Erin, and grandson Grayson; her daughter, Natalie Kerr and husband Michael.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Glennie Rayfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Bolivia Baptist Church Music Ministry, P.O. Box 189, Bolivia, NC 28422.
