Elger Joseph Menard, 84, of Bessemer City, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born February 27, 1933, in Henry, Louisiana, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dolzie Joseph Menard.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Friday June 2, 2017 at Greene Funeral Service 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia.
Visitation will be one hour prior at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Mt. Holly.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel at Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
