Elena Peyton Postell

Peyton Postell, 4, of Bessemer City, NC, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2022, at Levine Dickson Children's Hospital in Charlotte, NC.

She was born March 7, 2018, in Gaston County to Jonathan Keith and Elizabeth West Postell.

Peyton loved Trolls and loved the movie "Trolls".  She was always a fighter and was tough.  She suffered from autism and Cystic Fibrosis.

Peyton was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Teresa Childers; and her great-great-great-grandfather, Benny Fowler.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her grandparents Postell, West, and Fowler; and her nana Vernon.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023, between 2:00 and 5:00 pm, at the Gathering Place Ministry, 1607 Rankin Lake Road, Gastonia, NC 28052.  Rev. Jeff Vernon will officiate the service.
