Edward Scott Wallace

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edward Scott Wallace, who left us peacefully on January 19, 2025, at the age of 54.

He was born on December 5, 1970, a native of Gaston Co, NC, son of the late Wyman, and Linda Wallace.

Edward was known for his hard work in the truck manufacturing industry, specifically in shipping and receiving. He wasn't one for the spotlight, but his dedication and work ethic made a lasting impact on those who had the pleasure of working alongside him.

He is survived by his beloved son, Matthew Wallace (Kimberly); brother, Gary Wallce; sister, Cindy Melton; and grandson, Zander Wallace, who will carry on his spirit and values.

A celebration of life service will be held 12:00 Noon, Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
