Born in St. Clair, Michigan the beloved Edward (Ed) Ralph Highstreet, 63, passed away of natural causes at his home in Clover, Sc on October 18, 2021. His family was always his priority, and he was a man of many trades in his younger years. He had a passion for building and remodeling homes, as well as repairing small engines. Carpentry was a job, but his greatest titles were husband to Ruth R Highstreet (Ragan) of 35 years and Dad to three daughters Heather, Kimberly, and Brittany; all of whom he loved with a big heart and caring personality.
Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Edward J and Darelene J Highstreet; grandparents, Edward C and Mini Highstreet, Ralph and Erna Leaverton, and brother-in-law, Greg Ragan.
Surviving family is his wife, Ruth; three daughters and their husbands, Eddie Goforth (Heather), Zachery Davis (Kimberly), and Chris Ervin (Brittany). He had five grandchildren that called him PawPaw: Brooklyn Wilburn, Madalyn Highstreet, Journey Isenhoward, Daizee Ervin, and Edward Davis. Other family members include one sister Lori Gill; one sister-in-law Janice Lowery and husband Shane; Brother-in-law Doug Sawyer and another brother-in-law, David Ragan and wife Carla. He also had a Cousin Jeanie Henley, several nieces and nephews, as well as a great family friend, Melissa Davenport.
