Edna Mae Bradshaw Smith

Dallas, NC - Edna Mae Bradshaw Smith, 80, of Dallas went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 14, 2014 with her loving family by her side. Edna was born February 25, 1934 in Gaston County, daughter of the late Carl and Inez Bradshaw. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday at Maranatha Baptist Church, 104 Downey Lake Road, Dallas, NC with the Pastor Chris Doster officiating. Burial will follow at Westview Gardens Cemetery in Bessemer City, NC. The family will receive friends at Maranatha Baptist Church on Tuesday, 6:00-8:00 PM. Edna is survived by her children, Carlin Hardin and husband David, Mikie Gibson and husband Chris, Jade Human and husband Ray, special daughter Shelley Morgan; grandchildren; Adam Franklin, Ashley Franklin, Lee Franklin, Bobby Hardin, Logan Human, Hannah Human and special grandson Aaron Morgan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Lee Smith. The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Doline, Dr. Weerakoon, Cindy Mitchell and other Hospice staff, Greene Funeral Services, Crowders View Freewill Baptist Church and Maranatha Baptist Church.
