Edgar "Eddie" Lineberger Jr., 44, of Gastonia, passed away on February 27, 2018, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born February 9, 1974, in Gaston County, son of Brenda Johnson Lineberger and the late Edgar C. Lineberger Sr.
"Eddie" was a member of Bright Light Baptist Church and attended God Can Baptist Church. He was a graduate of Hunter Huss High School, class of 1992.
A funeral service will be held 1:00pm Friday, March 2, 2018, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Pastor Mike Rice.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
In addition to his mother, Brenda Lineberger, "Eddie" is survived by his brother and best friend, Tim Lineberger; several aunts, uncles and cousins; beloved dog, Angel.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
