Dusty Ann Dale

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dusty Ann Dale, 68, who left us on October 10, 2025. Born on November 27, 1956, in beautiful High Point, North Carolina, Dusty lived a vibrant life until her final breath. A long-time resident of Charlotte, NC, she was not just a nurse; she was a traveler.

Dusty graduated from UNC Greensboro with a bachelor's in nursing and went on to become a dedicated traveling nurse, impacting countless lives in many hospitals. Her kindness and compassion touched both patients and colleagues alike, and her joyful spirit will be truly missed.

Beyond her nursing career, Dusty had a passion for life. She loved horses, traveled to amazing places, and could often be found enjoying action movies. Dusty was also a devoted member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Charlotte, where she sang in the choir and shared her love of music with the community. It's no surprise that she was an adventurous soul; in college, she proudly showcased her skills as part of the snow skiing team.

Dusty leaves behind her loving sisters, Jody Steele (Jim), Ahni Dodge (Mark), and her feline companion, Ramses, who provided her with joy and comfort.

Dusty was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Charlene Dale.

A private graveside service will be held in High Point, NC.
