Douglas Charles Carver

Doug Carver, 57, of Lincolnton, North Carolina, passed away Monday, November 4, 2024, at his residence.

He was born on September 29, 1967, in Richmond, Virginia, to Janelle Lewis Carver and the late Arnold Paul Carver.

Doug enjoyed hunting, fishing with his granddaughter, watching racing and sports, grilling and scratch offs. Doug was a lifelong roofer, starting at Long Bros. with his father and brother.

In addition to his mother, Janelle Carver, he is also survived by his daughters, Cami Carver, Gabrielle Carver; granddaughter, Kendall Pasour; brother, Keith Carver (Susan); nephew, Josh Carver; niece, Brittany Jones (Tyler); great-niece Maeve; great-nephew Griffin; niece, Alexis Carver; uncle, Charles Lewis; mother of his children and great friend, Candi Carver; loving dog, Bambi.

A funeral service officiated by Reverend Tommy Carver will be held Friday, November 8, 2024, 2:00 PM, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Westview Gardens in Bessemer City.
