Dorothy L. Long, 93, of Bessemer City, passed away on April 14, 2021, at her home.
She was born September 26, 1927, in Richland County, SC, daughter of the late Laurie Thomas Medlin and Martina Merritt Medlin.
She attended Trinity Church of the Living God, Kings Mountain.
She loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and everyone else's children.
Dorothy was loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.
A celebration of Dorothy's life will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, April 18, 2021, Trinity Church of the Living God, 119 Kristie Lane, Kings Mountain, officiated by Rev. Brent Grigg.
Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Shirley Hill and Vera Cooper; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
