Dorothy Hall Dalton

Dorothy Hall Dalton, 81, of Lowell passed away January 26, 2013 at the Robin Johnson House, Dallas. She was born May 21, 1931 in Jackson County, daughter of the late John Henry and Victoria Green Hall. A funeral service will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, officiated by Dr. Danny Dwyer. The family will receive friends from 6:00 -8:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia. She is survived by: her daughter, Patsy Barnhill and spouse Bill of Belmont; brother, James Hall and spouse Ruth of Arlington, WA; sisters, Pauline Teague and spouse Harold of Gastonia, Mavis Buchanan and spouse Glenn of Warner-Robins, GA; grandchildren, Deanna Rollins of Belmont, Jason Barnhill and spouse Jana of Concord; great grandchildren, Megan, Noah Rollins, and Audrey Barnhill. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by: her husband of 59 years, Frank M. Dalton; brother, Joe Hall; sisters, Hazel Buchanan, Blanche Browning, Geneva Cabe, and an infant sister; grandson, Christopher Barnhill.
