Donna Marie Jones

Donna Marie Jones, 64, of Cherryville, passed away December 30, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

She was born December 3, 1952 in Bronx, NY, daughter of the late Victor and Dalila Scomillio.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her grandson, Joshua Gavin Taylor Jr.; and her brother, Dr. John Scomillio.

Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Philip Sergeant and wife Crystal, Joshua Gavin Taylor and wife Elizabeth Watson, Erick Taylor and wife Kimberly; brother, James Scomillio and wife Hannah; sisters, Victoria Scanlon and husband Emmett, Janine Werner and deceased husband Dennis; grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, Emily, Stephanie, Bailey, Chandler, Shannon, Kimberly, Autumn, and Andrew; best friends, Rhonda Trull and Sherry Cartee.
