Donna Parker Hester Price

Donna Parker Hester Price, 51, of Ranlo, passed away September 27, 2014, at the Robin Johnson House, Gastonia. She was born February 6, 1963, in Gaston County, daughter of Johnny Lewis Parker and Barbara Matthews Parker of Gastonia. Mrs. Donna is preceded in death by brother, David Allen Parker; grandmother, Alma Parker Buckner; grandfather, Scott Matthews. Along with her parents she is survived by husband, Eddy Carl Price of Ranlo; sons, Kevin Hester of McAdenville and Christopher Hester of Belmont; brothers, Larry Storey and wife Marie of Gastonia, Johnny Parker II and wife Kim of Gastonia, Daryll Parker of Gastonia; stepchildren, Treasa Lynn Whitaker of Winchester, TN, Taresa "Boo-Boo" Price of Milwaukie, WI, Eddy Carl Price II of Milwaukie, WI; step-grandchildren, Kayla Price, Abriella Price, Josh Adams; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 South York Rd. Gastonia. The Rev. James Messer will be officiating. Family will receive friends an hour before the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
