Donald Avory Bradshaw

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Avory Bradshaw, who left us on April 5, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on July 4, 1958, in Gaston County, NC, Donald spent his life in Kings Mountain, where he made countless memories with family and friends.

Donald wore many hats throughout his life, but he was perhaps best known for his work as a self-employed painter. His passion for creating beautiful spaces was only rivaled by his love for family. Donald cherished the time spent with his wife, Debra Braddshaw; daughter, Stephanie Miller (Greg); grandchildren, Taylor Ghorley, Brookelynn Benson, Karson Bradshaw, and Kirstein Bradshaw; great grandson, Samuel Nealy, and he always made room in his heart for those he cared about.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Margie Bradshaw; sons, Wayne Bradshaw and Donnie Bradshaw; brother, Daniel Bradshaw and JD Bradshaw; sister, Faye Bolden.

In his leisure time, Donald enjoyed hitting the golf course and casting a line while fishing. Whether he was out on the greens or by the water, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Donald's family will hold private services in his honor, where they will celebrate his remarkable life and the memories that will forever live on in their hearts.

Rest in peace, Donald. You will be missed more than words can express.
