Dole Fredell Beaver Goble

Dole Fredell Beaver Goble, 94, of Gastonia, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

A native of Gaston Co, NC, she was the daughter of the late Luther Kelly Fredell and Sally Elvirie Moses.

Dole was a homemaker after retiring from textiles. She was known for her lovely decorated homemade cakes and candies. She was a loving mother to five sons, and a wonderful "Mamaw" to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons, Elmer Beaver, Alfred Beaver, both of Gastonia, NC, and Roger Dale Beaver (Johnnie) of Clover, SC; grandchildren, Robert Beaver, Lonnie Beaver, Billy Beaver (Crystal), Angela Ramsey (Mike); great-grandchildren, Corinne Passmore (Duncan), Austin Beaver, Cale Beaver, Kolton Beaver, and Kailee and Zoe Ramsey; and great-great grandchildren, Troy and Joshua Passmore.

In addition to her parents, Dole was preceded in death by her brothers, Farrell Fredell, James Fredell, and Dan Fredell; first husband, Lonnie Beaver; second husband, Edward Goble; sons, Monroe Goble, and Jerry Goble; daughter-in-law, Toni Beaver; and granddaughter, Dawn Beaver.

Family will receive friends 6-8pm on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

A graveside service officiated by Rev. Sam Barnette, will be held 11am on Friday, at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia, NC.
