Dina Peeler Haney

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dina Peeler Haney, a beloved mother and a talented hairdresser, who left us on September 10, 2025. Born on Christmas Day, 1972, in Gaston County NC, Dina was a vibrant spirit who dedicated her life to her family and her passion for hairstyling.

Dina was not just a hairdresser; she was the proud owner of Chazzie Hair Design in Gastonia, NC, where she transformed the lives and styles of many loyal clients. Her creativity and talent behind the chair were unmatched, and she always brought a smile to those around her.

Dina is survived by her cherished daughter, Chasity Haney, Alexie Maikaila Peeler; son, Daniel Lattimore; grandchildren, Ayden, Kayla, Jayse, Liam, Cali, Amara; sister, Kim Parker; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, all whom adored and cared for her deeply. The bond they shared will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Dina was preceded in death by her parents, John and Linda Peeler; son in law, Scott Brooks.

In honor of Dina's life, services will be scheduled for a later date, and we invite all who loved her to celebrate her memory.

Dina touched many lives during her time with us, and she will be missed dearly. May her spirit shine on through the love she shared.
