Diane Jane Harris

Diane Jane Harris, 80, of Gastonia, passed away October 2, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

She was born June 28, 1943, in Gaston County, daughter of the late Clarence Fred Harris Sr. and Christine Gathings Harris.

A graveside service will be held 3:00 pm Friday, October 6, 2023, at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Johnny Yarboro.

Diane is survived by her brothers, John W. Harris Sr., Charles R. Harris, James R. Harris, George W. Harris Sr., Donald R. Harris, ; sisters, Sarah E. Harris, Gladys H. Clayton; special niece, Teresa L. Whitley; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Harris Jr.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service located at 216 Archie Whitesides Road Gastonia.
