Diane Springfield Costner

Diane Springfield Costner,66, of Bessemer City, NC, went to be eternally with God on July 19, 2022.

She was born on September 17, 1955, daughter of Harold B. Springfield and Peggy J. Springfield.  Diane was preceded in homegoing by her beloved husband, Jeffrey Alan Costner; sister, Sandra Lee; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

Diane loved God and was thankful for the gift of Jesus, her Lord and Savior.  She was appreciative of all of God's blessings. She loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed fishing, flowers, and birds.

In addition to her parents, Diane leaves to cherish her memories daughter, Regina Crayton and husband, Lance; son, Michael Costner; granddaughters Leanna Crayton and Emily Crayton; sister, Christine Holland; and many other family members and friends.

Diane's family will receive family and friends from 11:00-1:00 on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at Union Road Church, 2315 Union Road, Gastonia NC. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00, Pastor Lee Claypoole officiating. Interment will follow at Bessemer City Cemetery.
