Diana "Nicole" Welch

Diana "Nicole" Welch, 34, of Gastonia, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at her residence.

Nicole was born February 20, 1989, in Gaston County, daughter of Charles Richard Welch Jr. and the late Toni Welch Mace.

Left to cherish her memory is her eight-year-old son, Jakob; her brother, Joshua Welch; and her stepdad, Kenny Mace; and her grandmother Kay Welch Roukema; Shawn Messick was also a huge part of Nicole's life and helped her tremendously with her son.

She was very loved at the Waffle House where she worked and had many loyal customers. She was loved by many. She will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service officiated by Reverend Sam Barnette, will be held Saturday, May 20, 2023 – 4:00 PM at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
