Denise Knotts

Denise Knotts, 53, of Bessemer City, passed away September 18, 2017, at her home.

She was born September 5, 1964, in Mecklenburg County, daughter of Ann McGill Sanderson and Daniel E. Sanderson Jr.

Denise was a member of Trinity  Assembly of God in Gastonia.

She loved and was deeply devoted to her family. She had a very caring heart and was always willing to help anyone she met.

A gathering of family and friends will be held  6-8  Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia.

In addition to her parents, Denise is survived by her loving husband of over 26 years, Richard Knotts; daughters, Amanda Page and husband, Eddie, Deanna Smith, Alisha Childers and husband, Eric; sisters, Cindy Carpenter, Karen Whitaker and husband, Johnny; grandchildren, Timothy Guffey, Austin Guffey, Cameron Page, Anthony Smith, Joshua Smith, Jacob Motes, Aiden Childers, Braylon Childers, Lillian Childers, Ethan Childers; nephews, Danny Sanderson and Dustin Hutchens.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
