Debra Lynn Thomasson

Debra Lynn Thomasson, 58, of Gastonia, passed away Friday, October 6, 2023, at her residence.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois, on July 18, 1965, to the late James Thomasson and Grace Howell.

Debra lived life to the fullest with no regrets. She enjoyed singing and making art out of wood. Her smile would light up a room and she will surely be missed.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Rocky Thomasson, Dale Thomasson, and David Thomasson; nephew, David Lee Thomasson; great-grandparents, Paul and Laura Treadway.

Debra is survived by her son, Jessie Andrews; daughters, Jessica Andrews, Brittany Holbert; sisters, Sherry Bryson, and Janie Justice; six grandchildren; and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service officiated by Pastor David MacEachern will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2023, 3:00 PM, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.
