Debra Sanford Adams

Debra Sanford Adams, 55, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Caromont Regional Medical Center. A native of Gaston County, she was born on February 5, 1971 to Shirley Grigg Adams and the late Garry Sanford.

Debra loved making crafts and watching TV.

In addition to her mother, Shirley Adams (Paul), she is also survived by her son, Rodger Barnett; daughter, Ciarah Barnette; brother, Mickey Sanford (Jennifer); sisters, Sherry Lineberger (Randy), Tina Fowler.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held Monday, August 24, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC.
