Deborah Truelove

Deborah Ann Damon Truelove, 68, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021, at her residence.

Born on December 19, 1952, in Jamestown, NY, Deborah was the daughter of the late Milton and Agnes Trombley Damon.

Deborah attended New Buffalo Baptist Church in Grover, NC. She loved to cook and bake. Deborah loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed going to the beach and the mountains. Deborah was a former employee of Medical Center Pharmacy in Gastonia.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by  her grandson, Corey S. Ellis.

Left to cherish Deborah's memories are her husband of 50 years, Stephen "Steve" Truelove; daughter, Cynthia Zografos; son, Anthony Truelove; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and grandchildren, Casey Ellis and Blaise Mullis.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Adam Greene, will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 15, 2021, at New Buffalo Baptist Church – 1010 Lavender Rd, Grover, NC 28073.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 pm the day of the service at the church.

Interment to follow the service at the church cemetery.
