Deborah Jane Porter, 72, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at her residence.
She was born August 6, 1951, in Gaston County, to the late Geneva Barrett Porter.
Deborah is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Geneva Porter; brother, Johnny James Porter; grandparents, Mattie Barrett Gibson, and Rev. Jasper V. Gibson.
She is survived by her brother, William Glenn Porter and wife Cheryl of Salisbury; aunt, Ann Goodson; numerous cousins, friends, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
