Deborah Jean Kinley

Deborah Jean Kinley, known to many as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on October 8, 2024, at the age of 71. Born on January 10, 1953, in Gastonia, NC, Debbie, as her friends called her, lived in Hickory Grove, SC, alongside her husband.

She is survived by her husband, Franklin "Jim" Kinley; children, Dawn Gilbert (Derek Swink), Kenneth Lowe (Stacia), and Cynthia Lowe; beloved grandchildren, Tabitha Gilbert, Sabrina Gilbert, Victoria Koonce and spouse, Hailey Lowe, and Harley Lowe; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Danny Lawless; sister, Judy Lawless.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Althea Lawless; sister, Melissa Lawless.

Debbie was an inspector for Orkin, where she dedicated her time and skills. She loved making crochet hats for cancer patients, showcasing her caring and compassionate nature.

In her free time, Debbie enjoyed going fishing with her husband and spending quality time outdoors, cherishing every moment with her family and friends. She found joy in the simple things in life, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a warm smile.

A memorial service to honor and remember Debbie's life will take place at Greene Funeral Service South Chapel on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 3:00 pm, with a visitation starting prior at 2:00 pm.
