David Joseph Stivala

Cherryville, NC - David Joseph Stivala, 55, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center, Shelby NC. He was born June 12, 1958 in Scranton, PA to the late William Stivala and Jean Grill DeMarco. Services are private. In addition to his mother, Mr. Stivala is survived by his wife, Michele Stivala of the home, daughter, Samantha Stivala, of the home, step children, Donald Daniels, Cherryville, Donna Daniels, Scranton PA, David Daniels, Charlotte, brothers and sisters, Billy, Edward, Kenneth, Lisa, Veronica, and Wayne Stivala, Michele Parfitt, five grandchildren. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-dad, Adrian DeMarco and nephew, Tyler Jopchak. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
